Adopt a senior pet, get a pet care package from Elderly Pets.

We’re on a mission to provide free pet care packages for senior pets who are recently adopted. Our goal is to keep senior pets out of shelters – please consider adopting a senior pet today!

Our program is simple, adopt a senior pet – any dog or cat over age 7, send us your adoption record and receipt, and we’ll send a pet care package (while supplies last).

Simply complete the form and if supplies are available, we’ll send you an adoption care package for your senior pet. Care packages may include treats, supplements, toys, grooming supplies, and other pet care essentials for your furry friends. Supplies are provided through sponsors and grant funding and may be limited at times. Please do not contact us to ask about the status of your care package; one will be sent to you if you meet ALL required criteria and complete the form fully. We cannot ship to PO boxes or outside the lower 48 US states.

Once you complete the form, you will be directed to our PayPal donation page. Please consider making a donation to cover the cost of shipping or to support this initiative for pet owners in need.

Products may vary from what is pictured; Elderly Pet Care Packages are valued at over $150.
