If you do not see your town listed; please consider mailing your donation to us. Fill a box up to 70 pounds and purchase a mailing label for just $15.
Here’s how it works: We’ve partnered with Give Back Box to provide mailing labels to our supporters – all you have to do is box your unwanted items and schedule a free UPS pickup and they’ll get your items to us. If you would like a free label, please contact us.
Keep in mind, only gently used or new items with tags are the types of items we accept and that can benefit our organization. Items should be clean, damage free, odor free and if used, in like new condition.
Pickup Instructions
Once you have collected at least 4 bags but no more than 10 trash bags or boxes full of items, schedule a pickup. Place your bags or boxes in a sheltered area if possible. Keep in mind, only gently used or new items with tags are the types of items we accept. Items should be clean, damage free, odor free and if used, in like new condition. Please do not donate items in poor condition such as items with rips, tears, holes or stains as they do not benefit us. If you would like to arrange for a large pickup, with more than 8-10 boxes/bags full of items or to request a specific date and time, please contact us.
If it is raining or snowing and your items get wet, please cancel your pickup as we cannot accept wet items. We will not pickup items if it is raining or snowing. Please reschedule your appointment for another day.
Please NOTE: We cannot accept any items larger than what would fit in a 12″ x 12″ x 12″ box including: Furniture, Weapons and Explosives, Hazardous Waste, Construction Materials, Flammable Products, Large Appliances, Automobile Parts, Food, Books, Mattresses and Box Springs. (The only large or heavy items we accept for donation are coin operated machines.)
